have a couple of tiers for administrators
Lets say for example, we have one twitter for distinct subsets of a product.
I'd like to be able to assign 2 or more 'administrators' who are able to assign 'jobs' to any number of other people responsible for the twitter account.

Add "mark all as read" option for each chatterbox
Hi,
LOVE the software so far, but can't see how I will know if and when there are new tweets to reply too.
I see there is a "total number" in each of the chatterbox tabs, I'd love to be able to click this and it marks them all as read and updates to "0".. this way I can see ... more

Improve URL parsing in tweets
Tweak the regexes that detect URLs to include some basic ones that don't start with http://, such as www.____ and ____.com/.org and other common TLDs. Add check box "select all" or apply to all functionality
This functionality will enable the ease of checking multiple conversations for a specific category or a specific assignee. This will make it easier for administrators to organize and assign.

Export to Excel
For business purposes, the ability to export to Excel and other spreadsheet apps WITH the photo can make a power presentation of how important SocMed and Chatterbox are to the business.

Refresh chatterbox when changing search terms
I think this is a bug, but I used an overly general term in a new chatterbox (and left it set to Any); when I tweaked the search, I couldn't see any way to force a clear-and-refresh of the box's contents.
