I suggest you ...

have a couple of tiers for administrators

Lets say for example, we have one twitter for distinct subsets of a product.
I'd like to be able to assign 2 or more 'administrators' who are able to assign 'jobs' to any number of other people responsible for the twitter account.
I'd also like to be able to see 'who' has done 'what' in some form of audit trail.

        Having a role-based approach is definitely on our list of planned items. We would like to be able to delegate specific functions and to also have more than one person be able to administer a ChatterBox. It's tough to say at how deep a level to go for each function in the system. It sounds like for you assignment would be a factor that you would like to control.

        In terms of an audit trail, we will have this on a per conversation (chat) basis. What details are most important to highlight in your opinion?
