Yes, I realized that force cleaning might be overly broad after posting. Maybe a "force full refresh" button under Edit settings? Otherwise right now I have to wait for things I don't care about to drop off the list (which isn't terribly problematic), or click > select Ignore from priority menu > click Update for each and every irrelevant search result.

Would it be too costly in API requests to do a "search preview" when you're changing things under Edit Settings, kind of like how filter setup works under GMail?
